I am a education student at Grand Valley State University and will be applying to the college of ed. in a month or so. My major is English and my minor is Psychology. But, besides the obvious, I am also quite interested in art. Unfortunately I could not minor in photography at my school, which I’d much rather be doing, and got stuck with my current minor. I am currently in a “Teaching Writing to Adolescents” course, and is the course that this blog primarily is for. Thus, if anyone has any insight or help for information for a soon-to-be first year teacher, your knowledge and experience is greatly welcomed.
